After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. You can log into your account on the store or use the tracking link (sent once the order ships) to see where your package is and its current status.
We accept major credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI/payments (if applicable in your region), and any other payment gateways listed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment system.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days for a full refund. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Typical domestic delivery takes 3 to 7 business days; international orders may take 7 to 14 business days. You’ll be able to track your package once it’s shipped.
If your order is still in the “Processing” state (i.e., not yet shipped), you may contact us as soon as possible to request changes or cancellation. Once the order has shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it—but you can still initiate a return once delivered.

If you realize your address is wrong and your order hasn’t yet shipped, contact us immediately and we’ll try to update it. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes—so you may need to return the item after delivery for a refund or exchange.
